Terms of Service

1) About SweepX

SweepX provides a platform for skill-based promotional sweepstakes and a marketplace for physical goods (“Items”) and memberships (“Memberships”). Users may (a) participate in sweepstakes, (b) purchase Items or Memberships that include free promotional entries, and (c) earn entries via non-purchase methods (e.g., rewarded ads), where available. SweepX is not a gambling platform.

2) Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18+ (or the age of majority in your state if higher). Additional identity and address verification may be required before listing, selling, receiving prizes, or withdrawing funds.

3) Accounts & Verification

• One account per person; you must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Sellers must complete ID verification and agree to escrow use (see “Seller Terms & Escrow”).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or abuse.

4) Entries & How They’re Granted

• Membership entries: Memberships are monthly subscriptions that grant a set number of promotional entries each billing cycle while active. Canceling stops future monthly accrual; previously granted entries remain in your wallet unless reversed due to fraud or policy violations.
• Purchase-with-entries: Certain Items or sponsored merch may include free promotional entries with purchase. If a purchase is canceled, denied, refunded, or charged back, associated bonus entries are removed. If any of those entries were already used in a sweepstake that later gets canceled, those entries are returned to the user’s wallet first, then removed to reflect the refund/chargeback.
• Non-purchase earning: You may earn entries by engaging with rewarded experiences (e.g., watching ads) where available and compliant. Availability, reward amounts, and frequency limits may vary.
• No cash value: Entries have no cash value, are not transferable or saleable, and may be voided for suspected abuse.

5) SweepX-Hosted & Third-Party Items

• SweepX may import new Items from online retailers or sponsors and host sweepstakes for those Items. We may use affiliate links and earn commissions; this does not affect your odds or price.
• Sponsored merch purchases can include entries as a promotional bonus; see product pages for details.

6) Cancellations, Refunds & Entry Returns

• If a sweepstake is canceled, all active entries used in that sweep are returned to the user’s wallet.
• If a purchase that granted bonus entries is refunded/charged back, the related bonus entries are removed. If some of those entries were tied up in a canceled sweep, they are first returned to your wallet and then removed to reflect the refund/chargeback.

7) Prohibited Conduct

You may not manipulate outcomes, use bots, create multiple accounts, bypass regional restrictions, or otherwise abuse the platform. We may void entries and suspend accounts.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SweepX disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
