Official Rules

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., aged 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees and agents of SweepX and their immediate families/household members are not eligible.

How to Enter

• Promotional Entries: Granted through Memberships, eligible Item purchases, or non-purchase earning (e.g., rewarded ads).
• No Purchase Necessary: Where required, free alternate methods of entry (AMOE) will be disclosed on the sweep page and treated equally to paid/promo entries.

Entry Handling

• Entries have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• If a sweep is canceled, all entries applied to that sweep are returned to the user’s wallet.
• If a qualifying purchase is refunded/charged back, bonus entries from that purchase are removed (after any canceled-sweep returns are reconciled).

Winner Selection & Odds

Winners are selected at or after the close of the sweep via a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

Verification

Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and must complete identity and address verification and any tax forms required by law. Failure to respond or provide documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prizes

Prizes are as described on the sweep page. Approximate retail value may be based on third-party sources. SweepX may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable.

General Conditions

SweepX may disqualify entries for fraud, tampering, or violations. SweepX may cancel or modify a sweep for technical or other reasons; if canceled, entries are returned to participants’ wallets.

SweepX-Hosted & Sponsored Items

SweepX may host sweeps for new Items sourced from retailers or sponsors, including affiliate-linked products or sponsored merch. Affiliate fees do not affect odds or entry valuations.
